Mark and Joanne have been married since 1977. Both grew up in the beautiful Hudson Valley of New York. Work brought them to colorful Colorado in 1991 when Mark transferred from Sears Service in NY, to Sears Service in Colorado. Traveling to homes while working, he often passed Faith Baptist Church and they visited as a family soon after moving to Elbert County. Mark and Joanne have been attending FBC since 1992. They have 3 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws, 7 grandchildren and family in Colorado, Nebraska and New York they enjoy traveling to visit and help.

Joanne has been working in the church office at Faith Baptist Church since 1994. Beginning as part time office help, then as her children grew up spending more time working as Church Secretary and then as Office Administrator since 2003. Over the course of these years many changes have taken place in the staff and leadership at FBC. Joanne has been blessed to be a part of FBC through the years. When not working she likes to play with her grandchildren and puppies, garden and read (especially God’s word!)

After more than 30 years of working for Sears, Mark now runs his own handiman business, also helping at the church keeping the heating and cooling systems running, as well as other odd jobs around the building. His favorite hobbies are hunting and fishing.

Mark and Joanne enjoy working together around their home and spending time relaxing, playing games, and visiting with family, neighbors and friends.
