Ed joined the Faith Baptist Church staff in July of 2006. Ed says, “I summarize my ministry in worship with a quote from A.W. Tozer’s Book, The Pursuit of God: ‘Others before me have gone much further into these holy mysteries than I have done, but if my fire is not large it is yet real, and there may be those who can light their candle at its flame.’”

Ed spent most of his childhood in Denver, Colorado and accepted Christ at age nine. Ed has received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado, in Journalism/Mass Communications and a minor in Music. Before coming to Faith Baptist, he served as the Program Director and a worship leader for Promise Keepers coordinating and producing videos, music, stage design and message content for PK’s National Men’s Conference. Ed also served as the Executive Pastor for Christian Hill Community Church in West Warwick, Rode Island before returning back to Colorado.

His wife Darlene spent most of her childhood in Boise, Idaho. She accepted Christ at age 12. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Science from Warner Pacific College, Portland, Oregon. Darlene spent 12 years working as a Counselor, Supervisor and Director in community corrections and currently serves as an Administrative Assistant for the Parker, Colorado Police Department. She also enjoys being a wife and a mother of their two children.

Ed and Darlene have been married 16 years and feel that joining Faith Baptist Church is God’s leading hand on their lives. They enjoy live shows and bowling, playing games, vacationing or relaxing with their son and daughter.
